Each woman I work with is unique and therefore requires different types of support. The list below outlines the components that can become a part of your individualized wellness plan.

In our weekly coaching calls, we will keep revisiting and evolving this plan, so you will continue to progress.

  • A complete nourishing dietary makeover supported by, live meal prepping sessions & pantry clean-outs, weekly meal plans, grocery shopping lists, eating out guidance, cooking & non-toxic kitchen suggestions.

  • Weekly movement plans that include a blend of resistance training exercises, cardio, yoga postures & myo-fascial release techniques that are tailored to your level of fitness. Plans can be created for at home or in gym workouts.  

  • A restorative, predictable sleep routine that helps you wind down smoothly at night, sleep deeply and wake up excited for the day ahead.

  • A transformative light diet that aligns with the daily solar cycle where you live.

The Coaching Flow

  • 60 minute initial intake session

    We will review your intake paperwork and begin drafting your personalized wellness plan.

  • 60 total coaching minutes per week, providing you with complete wrap around support

    45 minute session to being the week with clarity (Monday OR Tuesday)

    15 minutes check in for accountability / to solve any obstacles (Thursday OR Friday)

  • 60 minute wrap up session

    Celebration of progress!

    Tangible action steps created to keep you progressing independently

  • Sunday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

    Allows you access to continuous support between session when real life stuff gets in your way

    As a former classroom teacher, giving up on my students who struggled to make progress was simply not an option.

    My unwavering belief in my students has transformed into unwavering belief in my clients.

    Unlike coaches who have undergone brief training programs, I hold an undergraduate degree and two master’s degrees in teaching, which is the science of learning and development.

    I truly understand how to meet the needs of diverse learners and can quickly differentiate resources and plans as needed.

  • A “dietary” plan is not the same as a restrictive diet.

    The nourishing dietary plan that I create for you is grounded in data that is generated from an in depth intake assessment we will complete together.

    The dietary plan most definitely still allows for high quality comfort foods and sweets.

  • Not a problem!

    The wellness plan we create together is flexible and 100% based on your needs.

    Making decisions about movement, meals and sleep before travel is the best way to manage schedule disruptions with ease.

  • All levels of experience are welcome. There is no better time to start than NOW!

  • The purpose behind the 2x per week sessions is to provide complete wrap around support.

    I have found when meeting with clients only 1x per week, obstacles to the wellness plan arise without being addressed in real time, which delays results.

    This is something we can discuss together during your Discovery Call. If needed, we can get creative with how we schedule your coaching calls.

  • I do not treat medical diagnoses. My services are not a replacement for the care of a doctor, but are instead, complimentary.

    If you are receiving treatment from a doctor that does not feel in alignment with your values, our work together will offer you more insight into your bio-individual needs.

    This will enable you to approach conversations with your doctor with more confidence.

    I will never tell you to cease treatment with a doctor, but will instead empower you to use your voice!
