*Appetizing* Meal Prep Hacks
As I write this, it's a cozy snow day in New York City! Snow days always remind me of being at home and having ample time to cook an amazingly aromatic meal. Today is no different. I am so excited to be cooking a flavorful beef stew that will provide me with nourishment for tonight / tomorrow’s dinner and likely lunch on Thursday.
Meal prepping is such an essential part of wellbeing. I think that meal planning tends to get a bad reputation because people automatically imagine a gym bro steaming pounds of chicken and broccoli with bland white rice.
In this episode I provide appetizing meal prep hacks that have helped both myself & my clients overcome resistance to the seemingly arduous (yet so beneficial) task of meal prepping!
Below is the formula I cover in the episode for exciting yet doable weekly meal prepping.

Meal Prep Formula: Split up the task [Chunking] & Assign each chunk a day:
Step 1: Thursday: Decide on 2 recipes for the upcoming week
Step 2: Friday: Food shop for recipe 1
Step 3: Saturday: Relax! Buffer day off
Step 4: Sunday: Meal prep recipe 1 (Sunday / Monday / Tuesday Dinner)
Step 5: Tuesday: Food shop for recipe 2
Step 6: Wednesday: Meal prep recipe 2 (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday Dinner OR Lunch leftovers)
Additional tips for keeping a bank of repeatable yet inspiring recipes (depends on dietary preferences):
2 chicken recipes
2 beef recipes

2 veggie recipes
2 seafood recipes
Total = 10 recipes which is over a month’s worth of meal prepping that can easily be put on rotation without you getting sick of them
