The practices of nutritional therapy have such a special place in my heart. Unbeknownst to me, I was utilizing the methodologies of nutritional therapy when I healed my autoimmune condition naturally through food.

The reason I decided to become a certified nutritional therapist was because after navigating the complex western medical system, I was left feeling so disappointed with the level of care that was offered. I wanted to become a certified practitioner so that I could help as many women as possible make positive changes in their health through the power of nutrient dense foods.
